Mine

This painting shows an interesting part of our modern lives - keeping what you own. It is about both sides of the coin - those who want to hoard and those who would rather not work for what they want. The lock protects what you value, on one hand and on the other, it presents a challenge to a nimble fingered crook.  When life was simpler, we just buried our stuff.  When we came back to the spot, we hoped it would still be there.
